Styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium is a polymer prepared by copolymerization of styrene and acrylic acid (ester) monomers. It has the following properties: Physical properties: Styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium is usually a colorless to pale yellow solid and can form colloidal solutions in solvents. It has high water resistance and solvent resistance, and good thermal stability. Chemical properties: Styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium can dissolve in alkaline conditions but is difficult to dissolve in acidic conditions. It can be obtained as different types of functional copolymers through reactions or modifications.
